31 Jul JUNIOR SUMMER OPEN 2025-26 (PREMIER) – TRIALS

The JUNIOR SUMMER OPEN is the pinnacle club competition for players across the summer months.  All Summer Open games will be on Friday nights excluding Under 12s which will be Saturday evenings. Junior Summer Open is equivalent to winter’s Junior Premier League (JPL). Players trialling for the 2025-25 Junior Summer Open would have ideally played JPL or Division 1 across winter, or reasonably expect to be competitive at this level.

Rats trials for Junior Summer Open will be held on Thursday 21 August at the AIS Training Hall.  

6-7pm: U12 Boys, U12 Girls

7-8pm: U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U16 Girls, U19 Girls

8-9pm: U16, U19 Boys

Interested players are invited to register their attendance to trial –  Register for junior summer open (JPL) team trials

Register early – links close at 7:30pm on Wednesday, August 20 for Junior Summer Open.If a player is not registered, it will delay check-in for their session.

As Summer Open team selection may not be finalised immediately following the trial, unless directed on the night, all players trialling for Junior Summer Open are asked to also register to attend the relevant JUNIOR SUMMER GRADING SESSION (Divisions 1-6) at Belconnen High School on the weekend of 23/24 August.  Session details are available at the registration page – Register for junior competition divisions 1-6 team grading
