18 Jul JUNIOR SUMMER OPEN 2026-27 (PREMIER) – TRIALS

The JUNIOR SUMMER OPEN is the pinnacle club competition for players across the summer months.  Junior Summer Open is equivalent to winter’s Junior Premier League (JPL). Players trialling for the 2026-27 Junior Summer Open would have ideally played JPL or Division 1 across winter, or reasonably expect to be competitive at this level.

Rats trials for Junior Summer Open will be held at the AIS Training Hall.  

Monday 17/8
Court 1: 7-8pm Under 19 G (JPL training slot) 
Court 2 & 3: 7-8pm Under 19 B (JPL training slot)
Court 3 : 8 – 9.30  Under 16 Boys 

Thursday  20/8
Court 4: 6-7pm  Under 12 Boys
Court 5: 6-7pm  Under 12 Girls 
Court 4: 7.30pm – 9pm  Under 14 Boys
Court 5: 7-8pm Under 14 Girls
Court 5: 8-9pm Under 16 Girls

Interested players are invited to register their attendance to trial –  Register for junior summer open (JPL) team trials

As Summer Open team selection may not be finalised immediately following the trial, unless directed on the night, all players trialling for Junior Summer Open are asked to also register to attend the relevant JUNIOR SUMMER GRADING SESSION (Divisions 1-6) at Belconnen High School.  Session details are available at the registration page – Register for junior competition divisions 1-6 team grading
